Customer Access Points (CAPs)
Customer Access Points or CAPs give members of the public easy and friendly access to information about services provided by the County Council and other public bodies in Hampshire.
Alongside the five Information Teams in Basingstoke, Farnborough, New Milton, Waterlooville and Winchester, CAPs have been set up to ensure that the people of Hampshire have local access to the information they need.
Where are they?
Customer Access Points can be found in a wide variety of public offices including Libraries, Adult and Children's Services and Age Concern offices, in some Parish, Town and District Councils, Councils of Community Services, in Youth, Education and Health establishments and many more.
