To consider a report of the Chief Constable on information about the level of sickness absence for the period April 2007 to January 2008. To include an appendix.
6 OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH WELFARE AND SAFETY TEAM REPORT
To consider a report of the Chief Constable on an overview of the main activities of the Occupational Health Welfare and Safety Team (OHWST). To include appendices.

To consider a report of the Chief Constable containing a short summary of the 101 project lessons learnt.
8 OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH WELFARE AND SAFETY – SUPPLEMENTARY REPORT
To consider a report of the Chief Constable on the trial carried out by Call Management of a telephone reporting and referral line for sickness absence.

To consider a report of the Chief Constable on the currents situation within the Force.
10 ESTABLISHMENT REPORT PART 1
To consider a report of the Chief Constable on police officers who have been commended by the Chief Constable and deaths of police pensioners since the last meeting.

11 EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC
RECOMMENDATION:
To resolve that the public be excluded from the meeting during the following item of business, as it is likely, in view of the nature of the business to be transacted or the nature of the proceedings, that if members of the public were present during that item there would be disclosure to them of exempt information within Paragraph [3] of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972, and further that in all the circumstances of the case, the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information, for the reasons set out in the report.
