Equal Pay Audit
In 2011 Hampshire Constabulary concluded an Equal Pay Audit for Police Staff. This audit covers the areas of gender pay gap and in part occupational segregation. The constabulary has not conducted such an audit in respect of police officers however this has been completed on a national basis.
