Finance, funding and benefits

Some help from Adult Services is free, but in most circumstances people are expected to contribute towards the cost of their care. Free services include information, advice and assessments of what help people and their carers need.

• Self-directed support - giving more choice and control to people who are eligible to receive social care services
• Benefits information and how to apply for those you are entitled to
• Hardship - information for people experiencing financial difficulties

VAT exemption
